October looks to be positively packed with releases. Although the blockbuster season is calming down, there is still plenty to get excited about for the average cinemagoer, including Tom Cruise’s latest film Digger, the Andrew Garfield-led historial drama The Uprising, getting swallowed by a whale in Whalefall and another weird love story in the form of Wicker. Throw in a couple of horrors like Clayface and Crawlers just in time for Halloween, and it really is to be a month of variety!
